Step 1 (For use with Raspberry Pi 5 only)

	Insert the M2.5×5mm screw upward through the base mounting hole, then thread the M2.5×20mm female-female spacer onto the screw until finger-tight.

Step 2 (Skip if using with X1001-Max, X1004, and similar boards)

	Plug the extended female header into the 40-pin header on the fan HAT.

Step 3 (For use with Raspberry Pi 5 only)

	Plugs the fan HAT directly into the Pi's 40-pin GPIO header.
	Secure it in place using four M2.5 screws.

Step 4 (For use with X1001-Max, X1004, and similar boards)

	Use four M2.5x12 M/F spacers to secure the NVMe board in place.

Step 5

	Plugs the fan HAT directly into the NVMe board's 40-pin GPIO header.
	Secure it in place using four M2.5 screws.
